Thank you for all the work you've completed on our database. Before we started working together (over 5 years ago) I didn't think it would be possible to find anyone as cooperative as you've been.
The contractor we used to build and manage our Access database just didn't feel there was any need to sit down and listen to us. As a result the database he built was very complex and cumbersome. Your work has been exemplary. You are willing to listen to us, to learn about our jobs, how we need to put data in and how we need to report it out. Because you are so conscientious and willing to listen and learn, our database fits our work style. We aren't forced to change work processes in order to accommodate a troublesome and overloaded database.
You have taken a very complicated database and simplified it to accommodate the needs of our association. You've worked with us to develop reports that fit the requirements of our membership dues, education, event planning and directory processes. You've taken the time to teach us how to build our own basic queries.
But, more than anything else you've gotten to know our staff. Because of your willingness to build a collaborative working relationship we've been able to focus on our jobs and not worry about managing a database. Even though you work with us on a contract basis, we've come to consider you part of the team.

Thanks for making the important changes to our database recently using the “GoToMyPC” software. We were in a bind (as usually happens) and needed your expertise for only a short time; and, of course, we couldn’t wait until our next scheduled appointment.
By using this software, you were able to access our databases using your own computer from your office to connect to my computer. It allowed you to see my desktop and access our network files just as if you were sitting in my chair! You fixed the problem within 15 minutes and we were back on track without losing any productivity or experiencing any down time. It’s an amazing tool, especially when our offices aren’t in close proximity.
Another added benefit is that I can use the software to connect to my computer when I’m on the road for business. I’ve used my laptop, but I think you can probably connect from computers in a hotel’s business center that offers free Internet access.
I’m sure many of your clients would benefit greatly from using the tool.
